\n\n----------\n\n### Reproduction Steps\n\n1. **Clone the required repositories:**\n \n```bash\ngit clone https://github.com/decenzio/polkadot-sdk.git --branch dev --recurse-submodules\ngit clone https://github.com/decenzio/stick.git\ngit clone https://github.com/decenzio/nft-gallery.git --branch feat/nftaa-support\n```\n \n2. **Install [`just`](https://github.com/casey/just)** for task management.\n \n3. **Start the local Substrate node:**\n \n```bash\ncd polkadot-sdk\njust full\n```\n \n4. **Start backend services:**\n \n```bash\ncd stick\ndocker-compose up\n```\n \n5. **Start the frontend:**\n \n```bash\ncd nft-gallery\npnpm install\npnpm dev\n```\n \n6. **Connect to the chain in Polkadot.js Apps:**\n \n - Go to [https://polkadot.js.org/apps/#/accounts](https://polkadot.js.org/apps/#/accounts)\n \n - In the left menu:\n \n - `Development` > `Custom` > `ws://127.0.0.1:9920`\n \n - Click **Switch**\n \n7. **Fund the test account:**\n \n - Send **1000 UNIT** from `Alice` to your dev wallet.\n \n8. **Create colection and mint NFTAA**\n\n - The collection is created in the standard way as we know in Kodadot and it is similar with the minting of NFTAA into a collection, but when minting the token it is necessary to check the field that it is NFTAA \n----------\n\n### Expected Behavior\n\n- ✅ NFT collections are created correctly.\n \n- ✅ Account system supports UNIT balances.\n \n- ✅ `nftaa.mint` is called properly based on NFT type.\n \n- ✅ Transaction should succeed — as it does via Polkadot.js Apps.\n \n\n----------\n\n### Actual Behavior\n\n- Kodadot's execution of the `batchAll` transaction fails with:\n \n```javascript\n1002: Verification Error: Runtime Error: wasm trap: unreachable\n```\n \n- No NFT is minted.\n\n### Request for Assistance\n\nWe would appreciate any help in identifying what might be going wrong with Kodadot’s handling of the `nftaa.mint` call. Given that the same transaction succeeds in Polkadot.js Apps, we believe the issue lies in Kodadot’s transaction batching or encoding logic.\n\nIf there are known caveats when using `batchAll` or calling custom pallets, or if additional debugging details are needed (e.g. transaction hex, logs, type definitions), we’re happy to provide them.\n\nThanks so much for your help!",[],11599,"kodadot","nft-gallery","open","(Help request) Minting Fails via Kodadot on Local Substrate Chain","2025-07-23T23:32:21Z","https://github.com/kodadot/nft-gallery/issues/11599",0.7418223,{"description":3029,"labels":3030,"number":3031,"owner":3021,"repository":3032,"state":3023,"title":3033,"updated_at":3034,"url":3035,"score":3036},"Currently we show Kusama NFTs on Polkadot, \r\nWhich is not correct, the dummy hack would be that we make `/graphql` endpoint that would alwas return \r\n\r\n```json\r\n{\r\n \"data\": {}\r\n}\r\n```",[],131,"workers","Empty Squid worker","2023-07-31T12:49:36Z","https://github.com/kodadot/workers/issues/131",0.7687681,{"description":3038,"labels":3039,"number":3046,"owner":3021,"repository":3022,"state":3047,"title":3048,"updated_at":3049,"url":3050,"score":3051},"Till user stares at finishing their buy into Blockchain, would be nice to maintain contact with them in reasonable way, like fun facts about NFTs is probably cheapest hack\n\nSimilar like Disocrd tricks you while they loading app in the background.\n\nIt should be extended preloader component and fetch quotes from translations in random fashion.\n\nLet me take first round. I found my way to Discord after strongly considering boycotting it for eternity last week (it's a pile of crap of a site....but has lots of cool features), but they made me put my phone number in, I hate that kind of control freak, but I wanted to talk with you. I just want to ground myself in reality that I want part time work. I'm tired of fiddle farting around looking, and gave up on commuting 35 miles away to a part time job and got tired of the job that ended with Covid, only to reemerge and they require covid vaxx. It's not that great of an employer and mismanaged. I did enjoy some aspects....and hockey fights.\r\nI have a passion for NFTs and use cases, and why I am interested in Kodadot. I do believe I created one of the first NFTs there. I was impressed early on about the inclusivity, I don't see that normally with blockchain projects, seems there is dev only egotism. I am a non coder. I am not PC. I am an individual.\r\nI have a great deal of skill in blockchain. You may mock my github as I am a non coder, but I know a lot. \r\nI just want a part time job and would like to fast track this process and create a part time job for myself. I am looking at 15-20 hours worth of work and I would like to team up with 2-3 people, perhaps get some help in the process be it a proposal writer or just find the right people (founders) at Kodadot.\r\nI am interested in use cases and gamification - and using NFTs. I have posted some ideas about use cases I am interested in - things that go far beyond blockchain or just NFTs. I have some ideas around creating equality and a place for civil discourse. I want to work on Oxford Style debates or better yet, a place where people can voice their concerns or a place a team can work in private. I use the Debate Arena often, but it's a use case that is for private teams and full on debate for civil discourse - and would like to create forums for full on debate for the most important topics of the day. For example, don't get me wrong, or poo poo me because I am an environmentalist that DOES NOT BELIEVE IN CLIMATE CHANGE. I won't fault you for the carbonless comment! ok? \r\nLet's get that out of the way. My point is, I do not believe carbon is even an issue and it is a debatable item.\r\nThese facts can be aggregated and looked at on the blockchain. I think it's good civil discourse, but then again I believe the science is in the ice cores, but my whole point is, I am an environmentalist, and just believe we need to have a debate. \r\nMy point of this is to objectify that which we can - via code. We can reify social realm into science. I am a methodologist and a technologist. It's just I am passionate about blockchain and think we can have debates or simply discussions.\r\nI use the DEBATE ARENA example but it can be for a 3-4 person team or non profit. And what I am interested in is creating an equal system of governance and that includes mentorship and a complete black belt system -it's just too elaborate for me, but just an idea. \r\nI want to find a way to pay people for doing via p2p and mentorship to attain skillsets for sovereign ID where people can learn what they want and advance in a RANK system (like black belt and karate). That black belt can't be taken away, but rather it is credible like a degree. I trained in MMA. The ranks I earned, you can't take them away. But it's like dust in the wind. We need to create like NFTs that are verifiable. We need to create a mentorship and pilot projects and I guess that is what I am here for. I want to work in Pilot Projects if any interest, or merely I can shut up and dig in and do part time work, it's just shouldn't we do what we want and get paid when it's something of passion?\r\nI want to create NFTs for redemption value for partnerships and alongside sponsors, and I believe KodaDot can achieve this. I am going far beyond blockchain and cartoons. I am going with use cases - for example, say I want to learn MMA either as a student or a coach, I should get paid. A student would need to prove skillsets in a p2p setting. A student should get paid. Hear me out.\r\nSay I want to learn guitar. ( I am a beginner) I should get paid to learn guitar and we can do this. Say I learn a guitar lesson and can prove competency and proof of work. Should I not earn (maybe not a rank) but say I do achieve rank(s), should I not be able to redeem for guitar strings, or picks or even a new guitar? I guarantee you we will find guitar sponsors, open the doors for merchandise - like picks, strings, etc. Same could go for DRUMS. Say I want to learn coding or C++. I should get paid. So this debate arena turns into free education model. Sure beats student debt and corrupt parties politicizing it.\r\nSay we gamify this, and the debate arena can be run as a forum. Say people on the other side of the planet could care less about NFTs but want to get paid to clean up trash or rid the oceans of plastic. We can do this and achieve this at KodaDot.\r\nWe must gamify this. A debate can begin as 1 debate. \r\nA concert series can start with one concert.\r\nA martial arts lesson / mentorship can start small (as a use case)\r\nSame with guitar or drums.\r\nIt's just this is where the use cases come in and sponsorships and parters to pay for it and scale it up.\r\nAgain, I just want part time work. I have no grande scheme to be much more than someone plugging away at my passions. But this is why I like KodaDot, is because it is inclusive and not egotistical. Often my \"words\" are taken out of context but I believe we need something much more 3D or 4D than 1D chats. Discord is one step above that or twitter.\r\nI want to create opportunity for NFTs, say how to garden (not just mixed martial arts or guitar). \r\nSay we create a debate arena but it is really just a forum for classic motorcycles and people can contribute in the forum for quality posts and get paid for pictures and step by step for repairs? Say a sponsor steps up to allow redemption value with the NFTs. \r\nIt is possible. \r\nThese are just ideas. I don't want to beat my head with proposal writing at Polkadot or Kusama. I don't. Those forums are a waste of my time. I delegate that to someone else or better yet, take my ideas elsewhere where people can actually contribute.\r\nWhat I am trying to do. \r\nEnough said. \u003C/div>",[],2435,"Kodadot / Hiring for NFTs","2022-05-08T12:49:24Z","https://github.com/kodadot/nft-gallery/issues/2435",0.7445477,{"description":3074,"labels":3075,"number":3079,"owner":3021,"repository":3022,"state":3047,"title":3080,"updated_at":3081,"url":3082,"score":3083},"> > It's a shared component. Simple as that. Even we are running on a low carbon blockchain Kusama.network and plan to roll out our own NFT-focused infrastructure parachain Metaprime.network, we feel that we should step up in the game and be more carbon neutral and later contribute to be carbon negative in a way to drive global forestation. To help artists mitigate the negative effects of expanding society on the planet. At least, we might contribute to do the small job here. The audience will decide.\r\n\r\n### Carbon Neutral Mission of Kodadot\r\nThe mission of Kodadot gallery is to flow collectors' resources to environmentally conscious digital art creation in a way to address the Earth's mounting climate crisis. We have intent to bring [carbon calculator](https://github.com/kodadot/nft-gallery/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3Acarbonless) and help to make forestations and offsetting as new normal and easy access. To kick-start this effort, we've partnered with Offsetra which allows users to support \"high-quality pro-climate projects via the purchase of carbon offsets credits\". \r\nCarbon offset credits come from a variety of sustainability-oriented projects. Offsetra only sources offsets from validated and verified projects under strict internationally recognized standards. You can find more information on offsetra's process is available [on their website](https://offsetra.com/)\r\n\r\n### Humble actions\r\nWe are aware that just by purchasing Carbon Offsets we won't solve the issue, but we can be small butterfly effect, and later jumpstart impactful actions to start a movement, where it would be native for NFT galleries to bring with every mint, buying offsets in a way to put a small amount of % towards buying carbon offsets and forestation.\r\n\r\nWe will try to put at least some amount of artists' profits based on their decision to drive towards buying credit offsets. Not just feel good about, but with a real impactful way to do it. \r\n\r\n### Building impactful environmental relief\r\nOur first start is to add a toggle to our minting interface where every artist could choose if they want to support carbon credits or not. We will be adding the **carbonless** tag to NFT and later it could be tracked through the search interface and reviewed on-chain. Thus collectors might find it innovative to collect carbonless NFTs. \r\n\r\nOnce Offsetra (or other carbon credit partners) figure out a way to make fiat off-ramp payments from Kusama for carbon-offsets to happen, we will make a full end-to-end native crypto integration with them, so every NFT will consist hash relying on Carbon Credit. \r\n\r\nTo drive the vision to home, we are genuinely looking forward to starting with [Terraformation of Planet Earth](https://yangwao.medium.com/planet-terraformation-forest-as-a-service-94a2633ad011) where one could participate in fashion to own part of the forest, probably introduce the concept of **Forest as a Service**. Imagination is the limit.\r\n\r\n### We are not only one and that's great\r\nWe are really aware that movement is just about to begin when news outlets started heating discussion and [clean #cleanNFT movement ](https://twitter.com/search?q=%23CleanNFT&src=typeahead_click) has begun. One option for the creator is to [choose from a variety of NFT platforms running on low carbon blockchains](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1A-7Ama31sYWhXDl6NoJaXnbAV9pFbjxLIgl7jb3CHOs/edit#gid=0) which is really great start. Another option is to actively drive movement to be [carbon-negative gallery](https://offsets.gallery/). So we (Kodadot) are feeling inspired to join this movement in our fashioned way **to add carbonless minting for creators** and start showing which NFTs are carbonless by showing 🌱 next. Link na carbonless NFT. To top-up our buffer carbon credits, we've already bought Carbon Credits and plan to buy more in favour of KodaDot NFTs. \r\n\r\n\r\n### Reading list\r\nThere are current other partners to help us in this way \r\nThere are current other partners to help us in this way \r\n- https://www.cloverly.com/\r\n- https://offsetra.com/\r\n- https://www.wired.com/story/nfts-hot-effect-earth-climate/\r\n- https://earther.gizmodo.com/how-to-fix-crypto-art-nfts-carbon-pollution-problem-1846440312\r\n- https://www.artnome.com/greennfts\r\n- https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1WJE9kr5PWpIhHygrRBetmokBVpc78RzAddeLSAV878M/edit#gid=0\r\n- https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1A-7Ama31sYWhXDl6NoJaXnbAV9pFbjxLIgl7jb3CHOs/edit#gid=0\r\n- https://gitcoin.co/hackathon/green-nft/onboard\r\n- https://gitcoin.co/hackathon/green-nft/projects/\r\n- https://near.org/blog/near-climate-neutral-product/\r\n- https://medium.com/tqtezos/proof-of-work-vs-proof-of-stake-the-ecological-footprint-c58029faee44\r\n- https://sterlingcrispin.blogspot.com/2021/02/crypto-art-sky-is-not-falling.html\r\n- Kodadot: Carbonless Minting Telegram - https://t.me/joinchat/aE-i3mgMAo9lMTU0\r\n\r\n### page\r\nprobably change it from > Low carbon NFT platform running on Kusama.network - NPoS \r\nCarbonless NFT platform running on Kusama.network & Metaprime.network.\r\n\r\n#### Misc\r\n- solution bounty https://github.com/artnome/GreenNFTs/issues/2\r\n- awareness bounty https://github.com/artnome/GreenNFTs/issues/4\r\n- Tezos carbon-negative NFT marketplace https://github.com/artnome/GreenNFTs/issues/3\r\n\r\n##### Carbon Credits\r\nQuantity of retired VCU: 10\r\nSerial numbers: 9956-166792555-166792564-VCS-VCU-352-VER-BZ-14-812-01012009-31122009-0\r\nDate of retirement: 5/3/2021 2:55:52 PM\r\nBeneficial Owner: KodaDot\r\nRetirement reason details: Retirement for Person or Organization; Offsetra Offset\r\nPublic URL: https://registry.verra.org/myModule/rpt/myrpt.asp?r=206&h=131130\r\n\r\nBull Run Overseas Forest Carbon Project\r\nProject type: Agriculture Forestry and Other Land Use\r\nProject country: BZ\r\n\r\n\r\n",[3117],{"name":3118,"color":3119},"carbonless","45D52D",346,"[Solutions Bounty] Mint carbonless NFTs on Kusama network","2021-05-07T13:34:44Z","https://github.com/kodadot/nft-gallery/issues/346",0.75862956,{"description":3126,"labels":3127,"number":3133,"owner":3021,"repository":3022,"state":3047,"title":3134,"updated_at":3135,"url":3136,"score":3137},"### **ON HOLD until tutorials are finished**\r\nFollowup issue regarding #1604\r\n\r\nAccording to this comment\r\n\r\n> I wrote to ramp network, to find out when buying KSM with fiat is going to be avalaible and they don't know. Question is, if it wouldn't be better to just not link it now and link it when it's avalaible again, or, when there's some functional dex on KSM, so people can exchange dot for ksm (dot is avalaible).\r\n> As i tried to avoid it, link to ramp network is only in question number 6 for now.\r\n> I'll also be making tutorials on most of these things, like how to create polkadot js wallet, how to simple mint, how to obtain KSM, how to sell your art, show several functions, what can one see in KodaDot and so on. So these questions will be updated and be ending with \"if you have problems with this, you can watch this tutorial\". But that will be once the tutorials are ready and proofed.\r\n> \r\n> I guess we can then later continue in this issue and once the tutorial is ready on youtube i'll just send updated question number and we can update it. Also i would like to link directly to a playlist on KodaDot youtube channel with plenty of tutorials. Might as well do it all at once, the video creation shouldn't take long, as i'll be working on it from this point. \r\n\r\nextend FAQ question number 3 in the following manner\r\n```\r\n\"3\": \"How can i mint NFTs?\"\r\n\"In the left upper corner, you click on \"create\" and choose simple or classic mint.
